Euro-Vietnamese fusion restaurant Crustacean is now open along Jeddah Yacht Club & Marina. The Beverly Hills institution is known for chef-owner Helene An’s signature garlic noodles. But that’s not all there is to Crustacean. The menu delivers enticing seafood dishes such as her signature garlic roasted king crab; steamed truffle sea bream; or half-roasted Maine lobster served with An’s famous garlic noodles that are positively addictive. Not only is the menu as impressive as it sounds, but the décor is equally alluring, with a koi-filled stream flowing through the dining room.
