There's a brand-new hotel in Olaya to check into

The sought-after area is getting another hotel…

There is always room for new hotels in Riyadh, especially when they’re located slap-bang in the middle of the city. Meet Comfort Hotel Olaya Riyadh.

Open to guests starting Tuesday July 23, the Hotel Street Number 84 in Al Olaya, has 88 rooms across eight floors.

The hotel has three meeting rooms with conference capacity for up to 60 guests, an onsite international restaurant, and leisure facilities that include a fitness centre and a secured parking lot.

Its opening is the third hotel of an agreement between Choice Hotels EMEA and Seera Holding Group to open at least ten hotels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the next five years. The first two properties, Clarion Jeddah Airport and Comfort King Road Jeddah opened in 2022.

You can also look forward to dining three dining options. These include a neighbourhood cafe, a speciality dining venue, and an exquisite lobby lounge. The hotel will be opening in Riyadh’s Irqah area along Wadi Hanifa. Hotel Indigo will be in the city’s Al Mishraq Zone. Guests at the hotel will also be able to check out the city’s multiple cultural experiences at Wadi Hanifah, Al Turaif and Bujairi Terrace.
