We’ll soon be welcoming a DoubleTree by Hilton to Olaya. The brand currently operates two hotels in the capital, in Al Muroj Business Gate and King Abdullah Financial District, and we’re expecting the new one to be just as popular. Although an exact opening date is yet to be revealed, stay tuned to What’s On Saudi Arabia for the latest.

Coming to a prime location right in the centre of Riyadh, the property will have 150 elegant rooms and suites as well as ten serviced apartments. Expected to open within the next two years, the hotel will have a total of 35 levels two of which will be dedicated, luxe male and female spas for you to relax at. That’s not all though, you can also look forward to culinary delights in two high-class restaurants or admire the skyline of the metropolis from the rooftop lounge and terrace.

Nova M Hotel
Olaya is also getting Saudi’s first Edge by Rotana hotel. Welcome to Nova M Hotel Olaya Riyadh. Set to open its doors in late 2024, the new hotel promises to be a top property for both business and leisure travellers.
