An exciting new entertainment venue is coming to Riyadh
The project will be ‘Box of Treasures’ themed…
The Abdullah Al-Othaim Investment Company has revealed plans for a brand-new entertainment venue In the capital. Konoz Riyadh is officially happening.
According to Globe Newswire the name of the venue is inspired by the unique array of gemstones in its various zones.
Konoz Riyadh’s estimated cost is SAR7 billion and aims to include 50,000 square metres of state-of-the-art commercial office spaces. And of course, a 20,000 square metre entertainment city too.
Konoz Riyadh is also set to feature 15,000 square metres of green areas so you and the fam can enjoy long walks, parking for 5,500 vehicles, and a 120,000 square metre commercial centre for retail brands. Get ready to shop till you drop.
That’s not all though, you can also enjoy staycay goals at the world-class luxury hotel with 250 rooms and 120 apartments. And there is also going to be a residential complex with 700 apartments.
The ‘Box of Treasures’-themed project will be designed by the Benoy Company and falls in line with the Riyadh strategy to make the city a hub for investment, innovation, and tourism. We’re excited, are you?
More things coming to Riyadh soon
