The world's first Formula E karting experiences are coming to Saudi
Another day, another world first…
It’s time to strap yourself in. Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) just revealed an exciting partnership with Formula E to build the world’s first Formula E karting experiences across multiple SEVEN entertainment destinations across the Kingdom.
The massive announcement came during the Formula E weekend in Riyadh, and the vision is to build these attractions at existing SEVEN entertainment destinations located in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Abha.

Each attraction will offer a diverse selection of adult, junior, and dual karts, ensuring fun and safe experiences for the entire family.
The attraction is set to boast tracks exceeding 400 meters in length. They will provide extended straightaways for accelerated speed, delivering an unparalleled racing experience for guests.
Abdulla Nasser AlDawood, Chairman of SEVEN, said: “Our strategic partnership with Formula E to bring never-seen-before Formula E-branded racing tracks within our entertainment destinations strategically complements our mission of creating a multiverse of entertainment offerings that cater to the different needs of our future guests, build and nurture their skills, and evoke growth. We aspire to have the first Saudi car racing champion coming from our Formula E attraction.”
Saudi SEVEN, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), is constantly bringing the most thrilling attractions to the Kingdom-wide, including Yanbu, Madinah, and more.

A Transformers attraction

The venue will span 10,000 square metres. The first Transformers attraction will open at SEVEN’s entertainment destination in Riyadh’s Al Hamra district. The additional two attractions will be opening at the other SEVEN entertainment centres soon.
Play-Doh centres
Owned wholly by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), SEVEN along with Hasbro will be developing the world’s first Play-Doh-themed entertainment centres. The centres will open at SEVEN entertainment destinations in eight locations over the next 10 years. You and the family will soon be able to enjoy playscapes, creativity stations and sensory discovery activity areas, plus a party and events room.
