And to add to its already ambitious project, here’s introducing NEOM’s latest development – a beachfront private members club called Xaynor, making it the 12th region revealed so far.

Nestled among the rocky landscapes along the pristine coastline of the Gulf of Aqaba, Xaynor is an exclusive retreat, offering a serene sanctuary away from the bustle of everyday life. With its secluded seafront setting, members can luxuriate in the untouched splendour of the Gulf’s shores.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by a stunning canopy entrance that seamlessly blends with the natural landscape and a pathway that guides them down to the beach.
Its striking architectural design will integrate hidden enclaves with expansive open spaces, allowing guests to choose privacy or socialising with other members.
The members-only club will have a selection of contemporary luxury amenities, including private pools, beachside lounges, gourmet dining options, a signature entertainment venue, and a world-class spa and wellness centre to help guests unwind in style.
Xaynor will also feature boutique shopping and leisure options, collaborating with internationally renowned fashion, art, and lifestyle brands for a bespoke member experience.
