Are you a player in the travel industry? Well, there’s one event you need to find yourself at this year. The annual Riyadh Travel Fair is returning to Saudi Arabia once again, and this time it will take place in September 2020.
The date is later than originally planned, as a result of restrictions due to COVID-19. When the event does go ahead, it will host 250 exhibitors from over 50 countries, and is expected to attract 30,000 visitors.
According to the website, ‘Riyadh Travel Fair 2020, convened in Saudi Capital of Riyadh, is considered as a significant annual event where the leading travel and tourism companies in Saudi Arabia With GCC And Other International Companies / Countries gather with exhibitors representing tourist promotion authorities and tourist companies at the Arab and International levels. The Fair is considered as a market for introduction of the tourist products, services and investments provided the most significant tourist companies in the world.’
The event will take place at the Riyadh International Convention (RICEC) centre in the capital. Timings and dates for the September event are yet to be confirmed. The Riyadh Travel fair has been running since 2009, meaning the 2020 date will mark the 9th annual event.
