NEOM announces brand-new coastal destination, Magna
Another one for the Gulf of Aqaba…
In true NEOM fashion, there’s yet another incredibly luxe coastal megaproject heading our way. Magna by NEOM has just been announced.
Magna is located on the stunning Gulf of Aqaba coastline and is made up of the recently announced premier destinations of Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, Xaynor, Elanan, Gidori, Treyam and Jaumur.

The twelve destinations will span 120 kilometres and are poised to redefine the global standard of luxury sustainable tourism.
Magna will be developed with a solid focus on cutting-edge technology, world-class architecture, and ultra-modern amenities that effortlessly merge with nature.

Each destination is set to be entirely unique, complete with distinct offerings for residents and guests, setting each one apart from the next, but still coming together to form a brilliant unified destination.
They will be woven together with a strong focus on the conservation, preservation, and rejuvenation of native flora, fauna, and the breathtaking natural landscape. The development will comprise 15 luxury hotels, 1,600 hotel rooms, suites and apartments, and over 2,500 premium residences across its destinations.
